PRODUCTS

The USC project has 10 products: 

1. the local Agenda 21 of Douala I, drawn up following the orientations of Agenda 2030, Agenda 2063, the African Union and the New Urban Agenda of UN Habitat, is put in place;
2. The school Agendas 21 of the commune of Douala 1er drawn up according to the local Agenda 21 of Douala 1er;
3. The nomination dossier for Bonanjo and its colonial port to be included in the Unesco World Heritage List is submitted to the World Heritage Service in Paris;
4. A new organization of the municipal services of Douala 1er is developed so that it is aligned with the standard governance of municipalities in connection with the SDGs and the New Urban Agenda of UN-Habitat;
5. Douala smart city roadmap has been drawn up which will improve the participation of the populations in the sharing of information on cultural goods;
6. A municipal brickyard in Douala 1er designed for an industrial brick production process;
7. An architecture competition in eco-construction for low-cost and ecological housing in Douala;
8. Construction of 3 low-cost demonstration eco-homes in Douala;
9. Creation of a platform of Cameroonian architects and town planners for decent housing and eco-construction;
10. A municipal crowdfunding platform following the PPP partnership (Population, Public, Private);
11. A communal office for access to decent housing for the underprivileged groups of the commune of Douala 1er;
12. The Douala 1er communal office for the promotion of creative industries.
